The service at this hotel was top-notch. Every staff member was courteous and attentive, going out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated their thoughtfulness when it came to my food preferences. The hotel restaurant split my burger and even sent extra fries when I mentioned I was sharing the meal. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making me feel at ease during my stay. The location was also great, with a variety of restaurants nearby.

The noise from parties in the ballroom was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep, even on higher floors. the hotel should consider soundproofing the rooms to improve the quality of stay for guests who are looking for a peaceful and restful sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service I received during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The front desk was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They even upgraded my room to an executive suite, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. But what really impressed me was the personalized service I received from Daniel B at the front desk. He made my daughter's 6th birthday extra special by sending up birthday cupcakes for all three kids. It's little gestures like this that make a big difference. Thank you, Daniel! Your exceptional customer service has won my loyalty. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the outdated furniture, I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others. This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and attentive service. Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our needs, offering us a full body massage and beauty treatment at the Spa & wellness centre. We also enjoyed relaxing by the indoor swimming pool and using the steam room in the Spa lounge.

We found the leisure/TV room to be a bit outdated and lacking in comfortable seating.

Staff top-notch, truly committed to customer service. The temperature in the restaurant was uncomfortable, but otherwise, great experience. Superb service, especially for families. Pool closed, not mentioned on website. Pricey, but worth it. excellent high-end hotel with attentive staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the New York area and had a great experience. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was near restaurants and a short drive away from my previously planned event. The room was beautiful, with warm wood paneling and surprisingly large bedrooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The staff was attentive and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast in the lobby bar area was delicious, with fresh omelets and pastries. The hotel also had great facilities, including a large multi-paneled TV and fast elevators.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, I did notice that the in-room wifi had some minor issues. However, the staff was quick to rectify the problem and ensure that I had a smooth and enjoyable stay.
